Refund policy
At Norvix Athletics, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at norvixathletics@outlook.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the defect or damage
Once we review your claim, we may provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in print placement or color caused by the printing process or differences in screen displays
